Its matte, a little roughened coating has an anti-slipping effect and doesn't leave any traces on a surface. As usual, there are two buttons, plus a clickable scroll with a nice click and rotation. The embedded sensor has an optic resolution of 1000 DPI, which is enough for everyday usage and work tasks. Each device is fitted with 1.5 m USB cable, which is enough for connection to PC standing a little away. The connection is established as easy as it could — you don't need to install drivers or perform other additional actions.
