On the contrary, SRP-450 has an audio input, allowing a wired connection to smartphones, players and other sound sources, that we have nowadays. The receiver can be powered from mains or D/UM batteries that are common for all fans of vintage devices. More recently, audio devices are fitted with a built-in battery. But if you're going to take a device to long-lasting hikes or trips, changeable power elements will be more suitable.
And you won't need to overpay for a chance to touch a "classic gadget" — as usual, the Finnish company makes its products affordable to a wide audience.
